Founded in 2011 and registered in the UK, HRM headquarters and operations centre are located in London.
Ofer Elad is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in fast-paced organisations. He has a strong military background, including many years in Naval Commando Special Forces, and extensive operational experience. Additionally, Mr. Elad has served as a senior mentor in large-scale training and security programmes in the Middle East, West Africa and Central America.
Capt. Iftikhar Khan is a results-driven Master Mariner with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams. A savvy operations leader, he is known for delivering inventive business strategies and client-focused solutions and for profitably transforming the systems of global operations. Capt. Khan holds an MSc in Ship Management, a BSc in Mathematics and Physics, and an HND in Nautical Sciences.
Jeremy Read is experienced in accounting, financial and operational management, business development and strategy. He is an expert in overseeing all aspects of a multi-million-dollar business. Prior to joining HRM, Mr. Read was a successful investment banker in equity capital markets and M&A in London, New York and the Far East. He holds a BSc in Economics and an ACA.
